I spilled oil all over the back of my couch about a week ago - I have tried everything and now it's smelling
Question:up my apartment- how do I get it out? Is my couch ruined?

You could try putting some baking soda on the oil to absorb as much as possible, then try using some rubbing alcohol to dissolve the rest...good Luck! =)
you will probably think i'm crazy but put some salt on the oil. it will soak the oil up that is probably still there. then try using some laundy detergant in water and scrub it. try to get as much wetness out . if the stain is gone and it is dry spray some frebreez on it. good luck.
