Do you have to pay for your water? If you do they should have told you this before you made an agreement with them as you would have to figure it into the price. If you don't pay for your water then you are being energy efficient in allowing them to fill up on location, rather than haul it with them & burn fuel to bring it to you.
no
No you better call the company.
My friend, no it is not, if you have a problem with them doing that, I would go out there and stick my foot up that water stealing cocksuckers ***. Have a great day. Unless those prick **** suckers are filling up their truck with the dirty ****, in that case allow them to do so, but if your hose is fucked up... starts smelling like ****... procede with the foot up the ***
Yes the clean water goes from your hose to the steamer(hand held device) and then is sucked back in through a different hose and the dirty water goes to the truck.
Yes it is if you want them to use clean water.
If you want them to clean your carpet with clean water. But don't let them refill on the way out.
only a good reputable carpet cleaning company brings their own softened water. all they need from you should only be an hour or two of your electricity. usually only a few cents. :) unless they have a really GOOD water heater your carpet is getting cleaned with really cold water therefore taking sometimes DAYS to dry :( hope this helps
