I use white vinegar. It is ten times less expensive, works pretty well. The only drawback is that your kitchen might smell like pickles for the first few times after you add it to the machine! You pour it into the same place as the jetdry.
get the cheapest dish washer soap you can buy then put some vineger. it eally cleans it out.
