How can i remove ink from paper.?

Question:i need to remove ink from paper, i would like to know how to, what to use, where to get it, give links if possible or just tell me what you know.

First of all you need to know what type of ink it is. Most ball point pens use an indelible ink, which means you cannot bleach it out or remove it without damaging the paper. One of the reasons for this is so people cannot forge, or change cheques, legal documents. I do not know the reason why you need to remove the ink from paper...lets hope it is for the proper reason and not something illegal.
