How do you remove (food)grease stain from light color linen clothes?

Question:

Answers:
Make a paste with Oxyclean and water. Use an old toothbrush to scrub the stained area. Keep it moist by rubbing the paste on the stain every few minutes. Depending on how bad the stain is, you might have to keep it up for about half an hour.
Put it in the washer after the stain's gone.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

409 household cleaner. Test it on an unseen area before applying it to the stain. If nothing changes you are good to go. Spray the stained area with 409 and brush in gently with an old toothbrush... let sit for a few minutes and then wash in warm water and a good laundry detergent such as Tide. *NOTE: This method should only be used if the clothing is machine washable... do not attempt to remove stains from dry clean only clothes on your own. Good luck and happy stain removing!
My sister swears by dish washing soap the kind that get the grease out? I haven't tried it,but she swears by it..Give it a try wash with cold water at first, and rinse as well. If that does not help it what do you have to lose? greasy linen, and clothes!!
