Answers:
Pour bleach down the drain. But make sure you rinse the sink immediately after because sometimes bleach is so strong that it can actually stain your sink.

pour bleach down it

Ewww gross. Pour bleach down the sink.
comet and bathroom spray.

anything else plug the sink, fill with mouthwash, and open windows
Bleach.
Try pouring a lot of boiling water down the sink.
Wash baking soda down the drain. Baking soda works wonders for stinky smells. That's why they make kitty litter with it, and now tooth paste and you even put baking soda boxes in your fridge! What a wonderful baking soda world it is, isn't it?

But yeah, it really does work.
Before pouring bleach down the sink, use Draino crystals to dissolve the chunks. Then, flush with boiling water. Then, flush with bleach. Ventilate the room well while using these chemicals and keep children out of the area.
After the bleach, pour a box of arm & hammer baking soda down
yeppers
baking soda-vinegar-Bleach, dont run water for at least a half an hour.,,,this is one or the other, not all.
Lovely.

First thing I'd try is OxyClean's toilet bowl cleaner called Blast (or something like that) Its in a purple bottle. It's a foaming cleaner, foams up when it hits water. It would clean the inside of the pipe above the water trap line. Problem is in hard water areas the inside of the pipes are filled with mineral gunk, so you might have to repeat a few times.

If that doesn't work, go under the sink and remove the J joint..have a bucket to catch the trap water. Swap out the horizontal pipe...maybe a toilet brush would fit. Put the pipes back together and run water to reestablish the water trap.

If it still stinks, the puke might be in the overflow hole in the sink. I have never tried cleaning that out so I have no idea.
Fill the sink until the water reaches the overflow..?? (not all sinks have this opening or overflow).
100% bleach
It is probably still in the catch. Take the U section of the pipe under the sink apart. Wash it all out with bleach and put back together.

Good luck.
you can try pouring half a cup of baking soda in sink followed by one cup vinegar wait a minute then pour 3 cups boiling water, wait about thirty minutes before running water in your sink.
My suggestion is you get the someone who vomited a ton in your sink and have them remove the joint and scrub out the inside of the pipes. Put the pipe back together and then pour lots of baking soda down the drain. Add just a little water and let it sit a while. Rinse and repeat if necessary. Use bleach if this does not completely remove the smell.

Ask your guest to vomit in the toilet from now on or take it outside! Gross!
Pour bleach down the drain, let it sit for a few minutes, then flush it with hot water. Be sure to let the hot water run for a few minutes to flush out any remaining particles left behind.
pour bleach or vinegar down your sink
