Stinky Bin Help Please...?
Question:Hello,
I live in a top floor masionette and outside my front door I have a bin cupboard which is a bit stinky. I have tried that new Jayes powder stuff but it just masks the smell for a while.
Can any one reccomend something to take the stink away on a perminent basis please.
Many Thanks :-)

The only answer is to thoroughly clean the cupboard and your bins with disinfectant to kill the bacteria that cause the nasty smells and ensure you keep it all clean at all times. Jeyes fluid is great for cleaning things like this.
Once it's clean try keeping a Neutradol solid block air freshner in there to keep the smells neutralised between washes.
put a few lemon rinds & keep replacing them when the previous ones dry out
try bleach
Scrub with strong thick bleach, wipe clean, and apply neat thick bleach and leave it.
I think its Renuzit that has a odor eater product that is
called an odor nuetralizer. They were a solid in a plastic
case that unscrewed to an open position. I bought a few of these stick up de odorizers, they have a double stick tape on the back so you can stick them on the sides of bottoms of bins or containers, it worked. See if you can find something
similar where you live.
