Is there ANY reason, why I should leave the PC, and do my ironing?
Question:. Had an idea, I could drink coffee and iron, but I can drink coffee and read tooo.......aaah... I've piles of stuff to do

Just hang the clothes up in the shower and the creases will fall out, you'll be grand!!

Well it looks like your hooked on Y!A like the rest of us otherwise you wouldn't have asked this question. ha ha
wouldn't it be better if chores were done before the addiction takes over, set an alarm for 30 minutes break away do a couple pieces, but you should really not be in the same room with the computer. If it is your choice to sit there a watch piles grow than don't complain, but it sure looks nice when the chores are done you can look around and feel good you accomplish a task that you dont really like..
and guess what the computer is still there..
Are you in the military or police? If so then you'd better do your ironing or you're gonna get a telling off!
If not, why bother ironing? I never iron my civilian clothes, just my uniform!

IRONING!? My God, I haven't ironed in Years, since my girls were little & I ironed their cute little outfits. I go with clothes that don't wrinkle, hang them up right away. The only things I do iron are dress clothes that need a touch up.
My friend used to iron Everything, even facecloths & dishcloths!, until she saw me & other friends going out together & having fun, and she was stuck, obsessively Ironing!
If you're not married then it is a good reason as you can go out the next day looking your best and maybe might struck lucky.
If you are married, then do it to please your husband!
