I've always used Comet and a dishrag. Rinsed well when I was done and it came out really nice.
Spray it down with white vinegar, let it soak for 5 or 10 minutes, then wipe off with a dry towel - works for me!
I used t work in an electrical store a few years back and we were told that Baby oil was the best thing. I was a bit reluctant at first but i purchased a bottle of Johnsons Baby Oi and used a dry cloh out a few drops on and rubbed it in, incircular movements and it made it so shiny. I now swear by this a use it for my kettle, cooker, toaster and drainer. If you have a stainless steel kettle do this when its boiling as the heat helps also with your cooker too. Hope your ok and let us know when baby arrives!! xxxx
