If the garment is white, use equal amounts of bleach, liquid laundry detergent and liquid dish washing soap (not for dishwasher). Mix and put mixture on stain, let stand a few minutes and pour remainder in washing machine. I have used this formula on tablecloths, shirts, pants, almost anything. It was given to me by my Ukrainian mother in law.

if you want to get a carrot stain out put some hair spray and leave it out for a minute or two. then put it in the washer or hand wash it and scrup it hard.
use a bleach that is safe on fabric or just buy a stain remover from the shop, they work great!!

I think white vinagar and baking soda mixed together will probably get rid of most types of stain. It's cheaper than stain remover too.

Try Era laundry soap. Pour some on the stain and rub it in before throwing it into the washer.
Amaze does wonders, pretreat the stain with a paste of Amaze and wash in the hottest water safe for the product...
Sponge out serious stains
Cola, hair dye, ketchup, and wine stains on washable cotton blends should be treated as soon as possible (that is, within 24 hours). Sponge the area with undiluted vinegar and launder immediately afterward. For severe stains, add 1-2 cups vinegar to the wash cycle as well. Good Luck !
Leave garment in sun. Should bleach out.
If that fails, bleach and a paintbrush.
I can suggest this , with cold water and add salt . Leave like this till you see the stain lifting, But you can also try with white wine, Red wine is a hard stain to remove , but when white wine is pour over the red wine stain it lifts it out, so one if these suggestions should work
