What is the best way to bull boots?

Question:My husband has used Parade Gloss polish and also spit'n'polish, is there anything else he can try?

Answers:
The good old fashioned way, first put loads of Kiwi polish on them, then heat up a spoon handle, when hot press the polish into the boot and smooth out the "blisters" on them, then put on a nother layer of Kiwi, dip duster in water ,build up to a shine by making small circles with damp duster and polish. It takes ages to reach a good gloss, after this you can bring them up to standard after a few seconds, this is the best and proven way

windowlene is good
umm theres this one i heard with a hot spoon. i used to be in the cadets. lots normal polish and then some parade polish works best tho.
put good old fashion solid bees wax on first bully them to repair scuffs etc then heat a tea spoon of polish over a candle
and apply to the boots with a rag in a curcular fashion until you can see your face shine in them.
good luck takes alot of hard work but it's worth it.
Believe me, nothing beats spit and polish. All you need is elbow grease and lots of time
Get someone else to do them! All of the above suggestions are right. I also remember years ago (and I'm not saying how many) there was a floor polish called Dual that you could wipe on for special occasions. This worked brilliantly unless it rained and then it turned milky.
