Would like to share something - Is this a useful cleaning tip please?
Question:For carpet stains:a little bit of washing powder in warm water, apply to a sponge and it will clean any mark left behind by a dog or a toddler. My carpet looks brand new. And it smells nice too. Just thought Id share that..

it is a good tip, laundry soap does do wonders...I've even used to remove crayon from walls (washable paint only, of course!) cheers!

No, this is not a good cleaning tip as washing powder can leave a dirty mark as it attracts dirt with your method, stains and residue and pet accidents are better treated with White Vinegar
