Any way to get set-in blackberry stains out of the carpet?

Question:I just noticed it a few minutes ago. I dropped some blackberries last night and I thought I picked them all up. I guess not. I guess I missed a couple and they got stepped on. So, it's all dry...Am I pretty much screwed?

Answers:
Oxy Clean may do the trick.

ive had the same experience but my mom dropped the berries and i stepped on them on accident. i looked up what i should do to get the stains out on the internet and it said to wet a bar of soap and scrub the stain. once you cover the stain in soap pour some milk over it and dry it with a hair dryer (i know this sounds stupid but i was desperate enough to try it and it actually worked great)
An enzyme cleaner may do the trick. There is a product called Simple Solution that can be found at the pet store. Commonly it is used for removing pet stains and odors from carpeting but I used it when my kids dumped a package of red Kool-Aid on the floor and tried to clean it up with a wet towel. It worked. It's tough on any organic type stain. Enzymatic cleaners break down organic matter. I think the label reccommends not using any other cleaner first though.
Good Luck
You are not screwed. Use Chem-dry! They are the absolute BEST. Go to www.chemdry.com or visit your local Home Depot to make an appointment for a free consultaion. There is NOTHING they cant remove from carpet...even pet urine!
