How many regular size towels can you put in a washing machine??
Question:Another TRICK question from the gals in our family this morning .Were on a roll.. ! How many regular size towels can you put in a top loading washing machine to be sure they get clean?? and how many of those over sized beach towels can you put in top loader and be sure they are washed clean?? Kind answers please...
Answers:
it really depends on who is loading it, a 15-19 yo boy can put in about 14 of them, a grand mother would probably put in 6. I would say 6 beach towels, and 8 regular, other wise they wont come clean

Everything will come clean IF and only IF the amount of load allowas the clothes to move and float in the water-filled washer machine. If there is no movement, and the clothes or towels gets stuck to each other...they wont come out clean plus you might have stains.
each washer is different
I have had washers that would wash a King size comforter
and ones that would only do a double
so capacity is key
ck your manual
depends on the capacity of the washer. Just load until you get to the top of the washer, but below the top water hole in the tub. If they are super dirty - put in a few less. My machine (super capacity) holds about 15 -20 towels, but my old one only held about 10
