Able to wash pashima shawl with normal laundry?

Question:is there a special way to wash it? dry-clean?

or can i just throw it in with the rest of the laundry to wash?

Answers:
"Pashmina shawls can be delicately hand washed in cold water with a light detergent such as woolite.
They should then be rolled in a towel to remove excess water and laid flat to dry.

To remove wrinkles pashmina shawls should either be steam pressed or lightly ironed under a pressing cloth.
Silk/ pashmina shawls, however should be dry-cleaned. Although the contents are natural products, the silk and raised nap of the fabric cause silk/ pashmina shawls to wrinkle more easily.

Hand wash in lukewarm water using your hair shampoo. Be sure to dissolve the shampoo thoroughly then put the sweater into water. Rinse with hair conditioner, this would make your cashmere sweater softer. Wash colored garments separately.

Do not bleach.

Squeeze gently, do not twist or wing. Twisting the wet sweater would stretch the shape of your sweater.

Dry flat after removing excess water, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Press with damp cloth, using a cool iron, iron from the inside of the garment."

If it is a genuine 100% cashmere pashima it requires special care to protect the fiber. Personally, I would protect my investment and have it dry cleaned. If you just want to freshen it up, you can toss it on air dry in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet. If you aren't sure of the fiber content or you know it is a cashmere blend, you can use Dryel, the at home dry cleaning kit you use in your dryer. If it is totally a faux cashmere pashima (like manmade fiber content of acyrlic) you can wash it on delicate in cold water and air dry on delicate in the dryer. If indeed it is a faux cashmere, I would not wash it in with your regular laundry because many of them come from SE Asia where they use a dye that is added after the fiber is made into the garment and it bleeds. If when you wash the faux pashima you open the washer and see the water turned the color of the shawl, add a cup of white vinegar to the rinse water to set the dye and keep it from bleeding in the future.
