Blue stains in toilet...?

Question:I have "blue-ish" stains in my toilet bowl. They are above the water level. It does not come off with regular toilet cleaner or bleach. Anyone know what is is, how to prevent it, and how to get rid of it?

Answers:
1.Get a product made for scrubbing sinks and tubs (Comet for example) and a scrub sponge.
2. Open the back of the toilet and flush.
3. Prop up the float with something to hold it up and keep the valve closed so the toilet won't refill.
4. Sprinkle the scrubbing powder into the bowl and use the scrubbing sponge to scrub the stain.
5.Remove the prop from the float valve, let the toilet refill and then flush again.
i hope that helps.
