im not a mom and i never really understood the whole "laundry day "thing, i live in ireland with my family of 3 others and we do laundry whenever there is enough for a wash!!(usually about 2 washes a day!)

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 small children, so everyday is laundry day, if a load of white or color clothes is not yet big enough, then its sheets or towels. Ever ongoing, daily ritual.
By biggest issue is to "not wash clean clothes", from "mommy we cleaned our room.. by throwing all the clothes in the wash! hahaha
Our laundry day is Sunday. We take it to the laundromat and do it together as a family. It is also a great time to have a family meeting and plan the week together.
