Green Stain in white carpet?!?!?!?
Question:i spilled melted mint-chocolate chip ice cream in my bedroom carpet. my carpet is white/ cream. what is the best way to get it out??

Don't rub it with ice; rub it with ice CREAM--lots of it. Of course, then you'll have a green rug instead of a cream one, but otherwise, you're pretty much screwed.
clean it
rub it with ice then dab gently with a spnge containing whitening toothpaste and bicarbonate of soda
Try washing with a little dish washing detergent, use cold water and a sponge , work inwards of the stain ,like this it won´t spread further. rinse with cold water sponge. Once you are sure the stain has been lifted , lay a towel with a heavy object on top . This will help soak up any remaining water from the underside of your carpet. You might find this area of carpet will need to be steam cleaned at a later date, as sooner or later the water mark always reaches the surface
