You can use a mixture of warm water and a little bit of lemon juice (lemon juice works well to eliminate odor) to wipe down your fridge. Also try one of those Arm'N'Hammer Baking soda products. They just suction cup to the inside of your fridge and work really well, just make sure that you replace it when the line is all the way pink. You can find them at Wal-Mart or any other store like it.
after recleaning it, put a box of Arm n Hammer baking soda freshly opened in the fridge it is good at absorbing foul odors...
you may need to pull all the shelves out and get into any nooks and crannies in your fridge... also look to ensure the milk didn't get into any of the air circulation vents.that could be a cause of the smell.
good luck, the baking soda will do the trick...
Bicarbinate of soda mixed with tepid water, wipe the inside with that wixture.
A box of baking soda sitting in the fridge will eliminate odors.
Like other people have said Baking Soda is great. I have also found that vinager in a bowl works wonders.
dont use bleach in the fridge. bi-carb soda will work or a bowl of water with sliced lemon in it. you can buy fridge wipes or use a fridge freshener
Take everything out, clean every container with cleaner. clen the shelves again, and put an open baking soda box in there. You can also use those new fridge packs too--they work well.
put some tea leaves

GUESS WHAT, right at the very very back of the fridge was a disgusting old rancid fungating orange, which was the cause of the smell!!!!!
So check every little tiny space as you never know!

clean it. then put a box of baking powder in there it stops odors
When my frige has had housitosis, er, hallitosis, I've used baking soda and/or charcoal. But be sure the charcoal doesn't have lighter fluid on it. Used to be able to buy charcoal in a cardboard container with holes in it for that purpose. Don't know if you can anymore.
put vanilla essence in a small container in the fridge or impregnate cotton balls with it and leave in fridge.
Try cutting a lemon in half and using the halves to rub on the surfaces. This worked for me and it sterilises it at the same time. Then wash out with antibacteral washing up liquid in warm water.
the alternative is bicarbonate of soda to absorb smells.
Clean again with white wine vinegar and warm water, dry thoroughly with kitchen towels, then keep a jar of bicarbonate of soda on a shelf at the back of the fridge, it wont smell then
