I can suggest this Remove grease with pure soap only. or white spirit. Never use bleach , abrasives or detergents. and never immerse it in water Then rinse off thoroughly with clean water. Dry quickly with a chamois leather. To reduce the risk of staining. brush interior marble occasionally with a mixture of white shellac and methylated spirit-add enough methylated spirit to make the shellac workable.
I would go to a store that sells marble and tell them what is on the table. Then ask the what you can do about it.
