For cleaning ceramic tiles and grout joints, the best option is a neutral pH cleaner. Dishwashing soap works great, as it suspends the dirt particles rather than break them down.
Ideally, you want to wash over the tile floor with the soap and water mix, scrub in two directions then Shop Vac everything.
Good as new.
