How does one remove piss stains from one's undies short of handwashing them using bleach?

Question:

Answers:
1) Stop pissing on yourself.

2) Use oxy clean. Spray it on the stain and let it soak for about 15 minutes and then wash it normally.

You could try and soak them in bleach over night and then wash them with a bleach alternative detergent. Or you can get new pair of undies!
Wash by hand and let soak overnight with a detergent/water solution that has cleaning enzymes (check the label). Rinse, wring out, then soak in a 1:4 solution of water to vinegar for a few hours. Wring, rinse, squeeze out the extra water and wash normally.

If this doesn't work, and it's a sturdy cotton ( for instance - a pair of white cotton underwear), you can soak in a solution of water and hydrogen peroxide (50/50).
what you need is some good old fashioned soap bar , soap. You can buy this in your hardware store. Soak your undies in cold water , rub in the soap, . Leaving the soap on and your undies free from water ,say 1/2 hr. this will let the soap do it´s work. then back to cold water give a rub,now add more soap. This time leaving the soap on pop into the machine on a 40ºc normal wash. Now hang outside in the sun , the sun will do the rest of the work for you , by bleaching out the stains the natural way
