Rust marks?

Question:how would i remove rust marks from a thick cotton t shirt any suggestions

i not no if this will work but i am a cleaner we use orange or lemon to remove rust marks off of floors maby it will work
rub the lemon or orange in see if that works

If it's white, you could try Tilex spray cleaner.It works really well to get stains out of whites
