Fake snow has turned into goop all over my deck. How do I clean it up?

Question:That fake snow stuff my kids were playing with has dried, re-wetted and dried on my deck. Now it's a slimy mess that does not come off! How do I get the stuff off? It doesn't dissolve!
By the way, don't bother with the stuff! It's pretty lame!

Rent a power washer - might as well get the deck really clean in time for the summer season.
