Does it matter what dawn dish soap you use to get out grease smudge on shirt?

Question:I have a cotton/rayon cream colored shirt that i barely got a grease smudge on. I am told that dish soap works the best but the pink dawn essentials (which is waht i have) will not work. Only the blue works. Is this true?

Answers:
just don't use any with bleach or lotion

I've never noticed a difference. Dish soap is all supposed to be formulated to break up grease. But then, I've not used the pink soap often and never for clothing.
Any type of Dawn will be fine.
Peace.
