WHere can you find Biz Activated Non-Chlorine Bleach ?

You should be able to find it in stores with the other laundry products. If not, you might try googling it or going to soapsgonebuy.com. You can get a lot of "old-fashioned" detergents and soaps there.
There should be directions on the box. I think you can add it as a booster or make a paste with it to remove stains. Read the box first though.
