Does anyone know how to shrink a shirt?? It's 63% cotton and 32% polyester.?

Let my wife wash and dry it.
Wash it in hot water, and then put it in the dryer on Hot or High, whatever your dryer says.
generally putting it in the dryer helps.but putting it too often may damage it.
wash on hot and dry on hot
I am sorry to give you bad news but the shirt will probably not shrink because polyester doesnt shrink very much however you can wash it in the hottest water you can find and dry it on the hottest possible setting for some shrinkage .
Put it in the washer and dryer after on the hottest settings avaialble
