depends on the fabric, hairspray, doesn't matter what kind, will remove ink stains, spray on and wash off.if it's a synthetic of some kind then I can't help. Hair spray removes ink from almost everything, even sticker adhesive, if you don't have $ for stuff called OOPS, or other store products.

If it is fresh ink, you can use milk. If it has been washed and you have tried unsuccessfully to get it out, it may never come out.
If this is a blouse or sweater you may be able to come up with and idea to cover the stain. You could try painting over it with the same color or sewing a button over it and adding more buttons to make a design.
If it is on upholstery, you could try an upholstery cleaner. A call to a dry cleaner may help as they may be able to give a treatment option--maybe for a garment too.
Good Luck. I bought something with an ink or marker stain on it and tried to get it out my self. I should have taken my own advice.
