I have organized a "IN" and "OUT" Box.
so none of the correspondence gets lost, whomever is home when the letters comes, puts ALL of the mail within my IN box.
so when i get the moment i turn through the IN box, and recycle all the unwanted items and put the rest in the OUT box so when i hold time to file things I can do it that process.
It helps me stay organized.
