How do you clean a gortex rain coat. ? It has writing on the back so i'm not able to just put it in the wash

Question:It's very dirty and by washing it with just a spounge does not work. It's a yellow coat and it just shows up big time!?? HOW DO I CLEAN GORTEX??

It's water repellant, so it needs to go to the cleaners. They will know how to clean it.

have it professionally cleaned. and you may need to re-rain proof it after doing so. with something like camp dry. that's what we have to do in the military.
