Congrats on the new house. Kaboom and Scrubbing Bubbles both work well. Whichever one you choose, let it set for a few minutes before wiping off. Good luck!!

Now, citrus cleaner...if you can find it...cuts all kinds of soap scum, dirt, grease etc.it smells great and doesnt kill your skin.Simple green is also good.
I used Now when I moved into a house 3 guys used to rent...need I say more.
triple 000 steel wool can be used to scrub, doesnt scratch. Lime away, Kaboom, tylex.( Not all at once ). Its hard to say. If its really bad, it might not come out. SOmetimes it seems to be etched into the glass if whoever had the house before didnt keep up with the cleaning. I use all kinds of products, they are all about the same. Might take something a little abrasive, like soft scrub initially if it is stubborn. a quick way to make the glass look better is once it is cleaned, windexed and dry, rub in some lemon oil, or orange oil... not spray furniture polish, but use oil. It makes your shower door look great, but it isnt gone... the etched in fog/ spots will return, if its a badly spotted shower. If you are lucky to get your shower clean and nice the way you like, then buy a squeegie and keep it in your shower, and after every shower, use it to dry the shower glass and walls. This will cut down on theose soap scum and hard water spots
try using CLR (Calcium, Lime and Rust treatment) available from most Australian supermarkets or hardware stores - use a spray bottle; spray; leave a few minutes and wipe over. Sugar Soap in a spray bottle is another tip which can work. Spray on and leave for a few minutes.
If you have one of those orange bags, scrunch up and rub over, if not, use a plastic scourer to rub over.
Might have to do a few times depending on buildup.
Good luck.
Cleaning Shower Doors
Soap scum is made up of talc, body oils and minerals from hard water. If left to dry, soap scum removal can be one of the most difficult parts of cleaning a bathroom, but it doesn't have to be that way. To eliminate this problem, first try a little preventative maintenance. Keep a squeegee in your bathroom to wipe down shower doors and walls after every bath or shower. In addition, if you use a bar soap, you might want to consider switching to a liquid soap since it doesn't contain talc. Finally, here's a quick soap scum removal tip: use a dryer sheet! Just dampen and wipe along your shower door, soap scum will no longer be an issue. This also works for cleaning bathroom tiles of this unsightly film as well.
White Magic Sponges - Works with just water and they cost only $3
Lysol bathroom cleaner
Good Morning!
My husband swears by Orange Brite! It's a citrus cleaner that works on everything. I trust his opinion, he managed a hardware store for many years and has worked with every cleaner imaginable!
Hope this helps
This may sound strange but the easiest and best way to get rid of soap scum is dryer sheets. Just get them wet and take a shower head or other water and rinse as you go. I have used that for about a year now and it works great.
Good luck in your new home!
Hope I helped!
