I really like Future. It comes in a clear plastic bottle. If you put a couple of really thin coats, the floor is mirror shiny. If you put it down too thick, it can be sticky. To clean, use vinyl floor cleaner and again, a little goes a long way. You don't need much to get that floor sparkling again.
Personally, I just mop it with a bleach-and-hot-water mix. It shouldn't need wax. I say bleach rather than Mr. Clean, because in some places Mr. Clean can attract ants.
The safest thing to use is vinegar water. It won't harm the finish or leave a sticky residue.
