How often is it appropriate to change the bed sheets ?

If you mean to get new sheets: every 2 years
to get a new comforter: every year
my mom always told me a week.
Once a week is all that is needed for changing bed sheets but you can always change it sooner there is no appropriate time for this actually the sooner the better would be nice if you like the clean feeling of fresh sheets. Good Luck !
Could depend on certain activities, not trying to be funny and all but serious..normally once a week is appropriatellpersonally..my ex gf used to put baby powder in betweent hem every day to keep them freshened..just a light sprinkle and slighty rub in with hand
