Carefully with cold chisel and hammer. you don't want to start chipping tiles. Just take your time
If you want to remove the grout to re-grout...use a dremel tool. They have a multitude of attachments and you can find something like cone shaped to fit the size of your grout lines. Get down there on your hands and knees and drill it out with that handy little tool.
If you need to remove the grout to re-grout, you can use a grout saw to remove the grout. You might try a re-finishing product. I used a product called Grout Renew by Poly Blend. It's a thick liquid that comes in several common grout colors. I used it in my shower and painted it on with an old toothbrush. My grout looks awesome now. Look for bottles of it itn the tile aisle at your local home center.
Anything that would disolve the grout would damage the tiles as well. You can remove it with a Dremel tool. There is a special attachement they make for this use. This is a laborious procces, and you have to regrout afterwords.
If you lay down towels on the entire floor, and soak them with clorox, the stains should dissapear after leaving overnight. Note: close the door and open the windows. The fumes are very intense. Also, the towels will be ruined in the procces. Hope this helps
depends what color the grout is,i`m thinking white. get a good, heavy duty garden hoe, scrape the lines with the edge, make a v,then new grout or thin set . then seal it no more stains
