The product is called "Wax Stripper" Try your local hardware store, or find a Janitorial supply. You will want to re -wax afterwords, so buy some of that while you are there.
ammonia, very cheap, and easy to use. Just let it soak on an area, and the area will turn white as it starts softening. and then scrub it off. Make sure the area is well ventilated.
ammonia will strip the wax from your linoleum? The stronger you use it the faster it will work. Be Careful, some people are very sensitive to the fumes. Mix your ammonia with water, and mop the floor with it. After wards your floor my look dull, if it does use Mop and Glo to make it shiny again.
