Paint depends on latex or oil based.
Latex can be cleaned with any water, only when wet.
If dry, try to scrape it.
Oil based needs special thinners to clean it, but can
be harmful to the area you are cleaning.
hot water set the blood into the cloth if you use the product called 409 that works well and if you have a white shirt use bleach right on the stain and rub also use dawn dish washing liquid because it cuts threw protein. to get paint off skin use vegetable oil and rub it in and then use hot soapy water .
