Can you put iron on appliques on fabric like pul?

Question:Can you put iron on appliques on fabric like pul? Pul is musch like vinyl but a bit softer - its actually used for making cloth diapers these days and I was wondering if anyone knew if this would work before i go ruining a diaper trying? Thanks much for the help.

Answers:
If the appliqué glue will melt at a lower heat, a warm iron might be okay on the non-laminated side of PUL.

I wouldn't risk it and would rather sew the appliqué on, then apply some kind of waterproofing product.
