I have. They are good vacuums and not too hard to sell to the right people, but the managers will cut you out on the deal everytime. They will have you do the pitch and then put the customer on the phone with them so they can haggle the price. And of course all the money that your manager will knock off the top is your commission not his. On top of having to go out and find my own sales leads.
But maybe I just had a crappy manager. Still kick *** vacuums though. Wish I could afford one. lol
I bought one, and I went to an interview to work for them,,,too much like work, I'm not dragging vacuum cleaners door to door.
No, but I recently heard a police call on the scanner, where the reporting party wanted the cops to come out to get rid of a Kirby salesman. :-)

Yes I work for Kirby and it was kinda stressful. I had to make cold calls to people to say that they won a year worth of grocery, thats was our sales pitch. But I quit cause the manager made a pass at me cause I ask for a an dvancement for my pay check.
I worked for them for nearly a month. They did not pay me after i quit. I worked for over 12 hours a day and at the end of the day had nothing to show for it. I suggest if you ever come across an ad for it and you look into the ad only to find out that it is kirby I advise running. they are not worth the time and effort of going door to door...the only door to door thing that i would buy would be girl scout cookies
