How do I get stains like hair dye and cigarettes off from a bathroom porcelain sink that is off white?

Try that magic eraser thing. It's worked like magic for me.
Try goof off, oops or even lacquer thinner. you can get them all in very small inexpensive packages.
I dont know about the cigarette stains, but soft scrub with bleach and let it sit should take the hair dye stains off.
use "Iron Out" rub some on the stains with a cloth and let stand .
