If it is red (or any color for that matter) soft drink, like Koolade or Gatorade or Crystal Light, use regular old fashioned hydrogen peroxide, 3% in the brown bottle. Blot up stain, saturate with the peroxide, blot till dry. Repeat as necessary. You should have mentioned what types of stains you have, it really does make a difference. My favorite all purpose carpet cleaning product is Spot Shot.
Spot Shot has worked the best for me.
Resolve carpet cleaner, is the best stain remover and it is sold just about anywhere. I have used it and it works great.
It would be easier if we know what the stain was.
Just go to the supermarket and buy Resolve.
