Spilled jewelry cleaner on back seat of car 2 years ago. Smells bad in hot weather . How do I get rid of odor?

Question:Need as find a cleaner or way of getting rid of smell.

Answers:
You can take it to a car wash that shampoos carpets. If you want to do it your self.try some Clorox clean up.wipe really well with a damp cloth and then leave your windows open until it dries completely. You could also try Oxy Clean for stains. Spritz it on and work it in with an old toothbrush. Febreze makes a solution for odor eliminator. This is hard to find...try Walmart.

can you remove the seat cover and wash the cloth. Seem like after 2 years the odor should be gone. unless the liguid got into the foam cushions and you may be out of luck unless you have a car uphostery repair place replace the cushion in the seat. Good luck.
I'd be extremely careful about using any chemical cleaners u can't be sure that they won't combine with the jewelry cleaner in a dangerous way. Try disolving baking soda in hot water and spraying and blotting. This may take several trys but should be safe.
