Is within a instrument to verbs paint out of mat?
I spilled a dime size spot of blue acrylic paint onto our white/cream colored carpet. Unfortunately I didn't identify it until it already dried. HELP!
Answers: I would suggest rubbing some oil similar to baby grease in to loosen it from the fibers. after use dawn dish gooey to wash out the grease.
Well I'm not sure of what kind of runner you have or what category of paint but if I were you I would step to a home improvment store that sells hearth rug and tell them what kinf of mat and paint and they will probably be able to relay you what to use or give some direction. I wouldn't just use any piece someone says because hearth rug is a pretty big investment and you don't want to ruin it...Good luck! Try some diluted mineral spirits. Thats what I use to clean my grease paint brushes. Acrylic scrapes out capably too.
