Not so much about the size...Get a condenser dryer so you wont need to have a long hose poking out of the window...
A tumble dryer uses the same amount of energy in an hour as a computer left on for 4 months... Be green the world is warming up & we can all do our part to cool the planet down.

If you've got a family, definitely big. It's better to hang it on the line when ever possible, but with the rain we've been getting lately, you'll need a dryer.
