put chives or mint in them or leave something freshining. thats what i do!!!!!

bit of charcoal from a barbecue sack will absorb odours if pushed inside your trainer

if ure trainers do not smell fresh i take it u dont wear socks ?? u can buy trainer socks so that they dont show ..if u do wear socks then washing them in a washing machine will get rid of the smell ...pls note if they are soft leather they will need a few days to dry out completely even if they feel dry

Most of the time it´s the inner soles that smell. You can remove them & buy new ones, Most big stores sell them, or pop into your chemist, they are very helpful. Also when you have your shower , rub some talc on your feet , this will help keep your feet dry. Or there are foot spray´s you can use, Hope this help´s you

The best way to get rid of the smell is to pop your trainers into a plastic bag or carrier bag (well wrapped up) & put them in the freezer compartment overnight.This kills off the bacteria in your shoes that cause the smell.
Believe me this REALLY does work!!
put some bicarbonate of soda into each of your sock place the socks in each of the trainers, then place in freezer.
dont be tempted to wash them with nice smelling washing powder or fabric conditioner this only makes the problem worse inthe long run.
If your trainers are very old, try to replace them. Look after your feet they have to service you for a long time
