How do wash clothes and make sure that they come out with no lint?

Question:I keep washing my dark clothes and everytime i wash them and dry them, they always have lint on them. Do i use a specific laundry soap?

Answers:
Try turning the garments inside out, where possible! The powder depends on handwash or automatic. An added benefit is to rinse the garments 2 more times!

do you clean out your lint catcher on your dryer? If so then make sure you are using a really good fabric softner
Are you washing in cold water with a powdered soap? If so, My guess would be the soap is not breaking down in the cold water. Try either a liquid soap or add the powdered soap to the bottom of the washer, not sprinkled on top of the load?
Hope this helps.
Lint is a naturally occurring phenomenon that occurs are the natural fibers of the cloth used to make your clothing wears down and disintegrates.

To slow this process you can wash items in as gentle a process as possible (hand washing or on the gentle cycle) With the mildest of soaps possible. Avoid the use of bleaches as they speed the break down of natural fibers. Hang your garment to dry.

If you choose not to do the above processes you can minimize the lints appearances by washing only like colored items together (to avoid light lint settling onto darker colored items and vice versa), you should dry similar fabrics together (cotton with cotton, nylon with nylon) to avoid electrical charges from forming with will aid in the attraction of the lint to the garments, and you should make sure that your dryer's lint traps are cleaned out properly with the use of lint brushes (see link) from time to time
