i have this product from the dollar general called mean green that takes anything and everything out of everything
Mean Green cLeaning product!! This stuff cleans anything.
Usually soaking it in cold water immediately and using stain removers work pretty well.
I'm too scared to ask how you got blood on your cloths. Soak the item as soon as possible in cold water. Then place a detergent that uses enzymes and let it sit. Be-careful if you use hydrogen peroxide as it can damage colored cloths.

The important part is do not place the item in the dryer until you are sure the stain is out. Soon as the heat hits it the stain will set and not come out.
A product called Natures Miricle (usually found at pet supply stores) works wonders.
PEROXIDE
it's what hospitals use
