How do I "grow" or "stretch" clothes??
Question:I bought a sweater two days ago and it was to big so i shrunk it with hot water and now it's too small. Is there any way to make it get a little bigger again??

rinse in cool water with liquid fabric softener, then towel dry and block (pull into shape) the sweater laying it on a flat table.it will come back a lot.

Just rewash it, then put it in the dryer for about ten minutes. Take it out, place it on a hanger, and allow it to air-dry the rest of the way...I've done this many times.
I've never been successful, but if it is a little bit, try rewetting (not in hot water), squeeze is partially dry in a big towel and then lay the sweater flat on a board or something you can use clothes pins or pins or ?? and gently pull the sweater to enlarge where necessary and then pin it to the board, use clothes pins..anything to secure it. Let it sit until dry.
It would depend on how much shrinkage you wound up with. If it went from a size medium down to a small childs size? ( which I have had happen accidentally ! lol) there is no way to stretch it out. If its only a size or maybe two that you have lost, you can put it on "wet" and wear it till it re-streches the fabrics back out. ( I was lucky enough to have my daughter do this task for me as she was two sizes bigger than me and very accomodating of me to wear this wet thing until it had streteched out comfortably). She then took it off while still damp, and we layed it out flat on bath towels and "patted" it back into shape to finish drying flat on the towels.
return the sweater back to the store
Soak in cold water with a little fabric softner. Then spin dry and reshape on a flat table
