How to get out a stain?

Question:I have already washed some clothes with stains (ex. grass, coffee, etc...). Can I get them out, and how?
Also, any way to get rid of seemingly permenant sweat-stains?

Answers:
Full strength liquid laundry detergent onto stain, scrub or brush into fabric, let it sit about 5 minutes, wash with regular load for grass, blood, lipstick, oil/grease, etc... If still there repeat BEFORE the dryer.

Sweat stains - - not sure. Hard to remove stains, I use wet bar of Lava soap, then wash. Absolutely must test a spot on a seam inside item to make sure the color of this item is color fast (color will not come out; including on whites).

spray in wash is the life savor at my house but since you washed it ... im not sure if it will work
oh another thing that works is colgate shaving cream the white foam one but some of that on there and rub it in really good then wash it... that works great too
i would say try a product called AFTA. it gets out oil based stains but for the best results you should use it before washing whatever got dirty. its good for sweat and deodorant stains too.
i love carbona stain removers. they are made for certain stains and work really well.
