Which washing machine is preferable?
Question:I want to know which is better - a top loading or the one with front loading washing machines ... with respect to water consumption, electricity and efficiency of the wash.

front loader i use a hotpoint aquarius its great they last years have loads of diffrent cycles they are energy efficient and do a good job.
Most people at one time or another in their life end up with back problems, so the top loader is best so you don't have to bend over carrying weight in your arms. The only kind of front loading washers that I've seen in many many years is at the laundromat and they are usually for rugs and heavy comforters. Laundromats and apartments usually choose Maytags, apparently they work long without a lot of repair. I like Maytag.
