Can anyone recommend a cleaning agent to use with a Pressure Washer?

Question:I'm pressure washing my yard (god I didn't realize how hard it is to do) and I need a good cleaning agent. I went to Home Depot and they reccomended a cement cleaner. I sprayed it on, left it on for 15 minutes and then pressure washed. It worked okay, but I want to be able to spray and every thing gets sprayed off easily. My yard has this taracota stone looking floor.

Answers:
you need to spray hydrochloric acid , but NOT with your pressure washer. use a pump sprayer. let it sit overnight and then pressure wash with water.peace.

try simple green. cost a little more but works well. mix 25%to 75% water. and let stand for a while. use with a pump up sprayer to apply. rinse with pressure washer.
Be careful. Any thing that works too easy is very likely to also be causing damage. An acid based cleaner is better if you are trying to remove red clay and rust stains. If you are trying to remove dirt and oil stains you will need to use an alkaline based cleaner to get closer to the results you want. Be aware that some stains on this surface may not come up because of the porous nature of stone. You may actually be removing layers of stone to remove the stains. Once you do achieve the look that you want, I also highly recommend sealing the stone to prevent future stains from setting in.
